1. Salad with egg and ham
Ingredients:

1. Prepare the ingredients: boil hard-boiled eggs, wash bell peppers, cucumber and dill in cold water, drain the corn.
2. Slice the eggs into a large bowl. Add the corn and stir to combine.
3. cut the ham into thin long slices and add them to the bowl.
4. Cut the pepper into strips. Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Add everything to the bowl.
5. Chop fresh dill and add to the salad. Mix everything, salt to taste, then add mayonnaise and mix again.
2. Salad "Tbilisi"
Ingredients:
1 can of red beans,
200-250 grams of boiled beef (take a nonfat piece weighing about 300 grams, boil in salt water for an hour and a half),
1 medium red onion,
1 red bell bell pepper,
Half a hot pepper,
2-3 cloves of garlic,
50 grams of walnuts,
Medium bunch of coriander,
ground black pepper,
ground black pepper.
For the dressing:
Olive oil and wine vinegar.
Preparation:
Onions cut into thin half rings. If the onion is "homemade" - juicy and spicy, it is better to cut it and drop it into hot water for 2 minutes, otherwise the taste of the onion will block everything else in the salad.
Remove the seeds from the bell bell pepper and cut it into julienne strips.
Dice the meat. From hot pepper also neatly remove the seeds and finely chop. The garlic can be minced or run through a garlic crusher.
From a can of beans drain the water and rinse it. Add onion, beef, peppers, garlic, chopped coriander, roasted and finely chopped walnuts.

Dressing made from 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar.

3.Quick salad with beans and crab sticks
Ingredients:
red beans in their own juice 200g
2-3 boiled eggs

Sour cream, salt, pepper, greens.
Preparation:
Drain the juice from the beans. Chop the crab sticks, eggs and herbs finely.
Then mix everything, salt and pepper to taste and dress with sour cream. The salad is ready!
4. Salad "Salmon on a coat"
Ingredients:
300 g (approximately) lightly salted salmon filet
1-2 bulbs
2 boiled eggs
1 boiled large carrot
2 boiled beets
2 boiled potatoes
100-200 grams of mayonnaise
Greens as desired and to taste
Preparation:
Grate all the vegetables on a coarse grater, chop the onion finely, also grate the eggs.
In the mayonnaise you can add sour cream, the salad will be even more tender. Put a salad ring on a plate. The bottom of the plate can grease a little vegetable oil.
Lay out a layer of beets, spread mayonnaise on them, then lay out the carrots, potatoes, eggs, onions, not forgetting to coat each layer with mayonnaise.
On top of lay out the salmon slices or chopped into slices. Decorate as you like. Put the salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, to soak well. Before serving, carefully remove the ring.
5. Man's Dream Ham Salad
Ingredients:
Ham - 100 grams
Cheese - 100 grams
