10 tips on how to fight aging

Everyone gets old with the time. And one would give everything to prolong the moments of youth. Those who want it very much will certainly find a way to make it come true. Moreover, it is actually possible to slow down the aging process and look (or feel) younger. 

1. Hyaluronic acid     

Let's start with the skin care and cosmetic ingredients that have been proven to work. First and foremost is hyaluronic acid which helps the skin retain water, and inability to retain water is a good companion of aging. Whether to inject or dab it is up to you to decide. Of course, injections work more effectively. 

2. Retinol cream 

Another hit among the ingredients in anti-aging cosmetics is retinol. Retinol is a vitamin A and thanks to its small molecular size it can penetrate pores and produce a number of "special effects" in the dermis, such as smoothing wrinkles, increasing skin elasticity, and stimulating collagen production.

Collagen is one of the most important proteins that keep your skin supple and resilient. After the age of 25 collagen production begins to decline. Fortunately, it can be replenished through food. Foods rich in collagen are bone broth, fish, eggs, and nuts. 

4. Fighting radicals

From the air we breathe, from the sun that we're exposed to and also from certain foods that are broken down in our body as a result of our metabolism.
