1.Drinking water before and after meals.

There's no concern that water will dilute the digestive juices or interfere with digestion. In fact, beverage during or after a meal actually aids digestion. Water is important permanently health. Water and other liquids help break down food, so your body can absorb the nutrients. Our stomachs have a knack of knowing after you will eat and starts releasing digestive juices immediately. If you begin water at the identical time, what you're actually doing is diluting the digestive juices being released to digest your food, thereby hindering them from breaking down food. Drink one glass of water half-hour before a meal to assist digestion. Remember to not drink ahead of time before or after a meal because the water will dilute the digestive juices.  I have come upon those who firmily drink water throughout the day even after they don't seem to be thirsty simply because somebody told them that more water means more benefits .When you drink an exc extravagent amount of water, you will experience water poisoning, intoxication, or an intermission of brain function. This happens when there's an excessive amount of water within the cells (including brain cells), causing them to swell. When the cells within the brain swell they cause pressure within the brain.

5.Drinking it while standing

Another side effect of our lives is that today people drink water not just standing but walking or maybe while running after we drink water in standing position we face many health problems .When you drink water while standing the fluid passes through with none filtration to the lower stomach, all thanks to air mass. This causes the water impurities to settle within the bladder which will lead to massive damage to the kidneys.
