5 useful habits for losing weight

There are many ways to lose weight. And I'm sure you've tried a lot. But is it possible to lose weight so that the weight does not come back? After all, that's exactly the "result" that 95% of those who lose weight get. So - what? It means - you're doing something wrong!

Losing weight is not a result. It is a process. And it must be controlled and monitored. Especially at first, at least for a couple of weeks. It is necessary to control the main points of proper nutrition (fortunately, there are not many of them), the basic rules. Then it will be easier, new habits will become common, they will require less and less of your attention. And finally they will be carried out automatically. That's when your weight will begin to steadily decline.

5 useful habits for successful and irrevocable weight loss:

1. Drink water! You can't lose weight without water. Water dissolves toxins, fats, removes all unnecessary waste products from the body. Otherwise toxins will be deposited inside your body in the form of sand and stones in kidneys, gall bladder, liver, as well as cholesterol plaques on blood vessels, salt deposits, etc. If you don't have enough fluid in your diet, you will suffer from edema and cellulite

2. Replace the vase of candy and cookies with a plate of fruit (summer is good for us!). It often happens that a person doesn't seem to eat much. Then where does the extra weight come from? It's all about uncontrolled snacking. Came into the kitchen, grabbed a candy - and in your mouth. Automatically, you don't even pay attention. These are extra calories for the body, which accumulate unnoticed, throughout the day. But fruit is quite another matter. The first is fiber, which promotes weight loss. The second is that fruit fills the stomach because of the volume, and the calories in it are minimal. The body will be very satisfied, believe me.

3. eat slowly and chew your food thoroughly. This is a well-known truth, but, unfortunately, not everyone follows it. And it's not just that chewing slowly is faster, so we eat a much smaller portion of food. It's also the fact that saliva produces the enzymes necessary for digestion. In fact, digestion and digestion happen already in the mouth. But if we eat hastily, not chewing, the food gets to the stomach not fully prepared and processed. And it puts more stress on the pancreas. Because of this, the gastrointestinal tract wears out faster, and the food is less digestible. So, eat slowly, chewing your food until it is liquid.

4. Keep a food diary. It is disciplined and you will see more clearly how much and what you eat every day. Sometimes people only think they are eating too little. And when he begins to track their diet, it turns out that there's a bite here, there's a bite there - that's them and the extra 300-500 calories. That's what makes you overweight. Make a little notebook, let it always in your purse, so you can write down what you ate and when.

5. The last meal is 3-4 hours before bedtime. Our gastrointestinal tract has to rest at night. Food is not digested at night. If you eat late, it means that all that you have eaten will rot and ferment in the intestines until morning.
