7 Natural Remedies for a Sore Throat

A sore throat is a common health problem that can be caused by a number of factors, including a cold, flu, allergies, or infections. A sore throat can cause mild to severe pain and discomfort, making it difficult to eat, sleep, or even speak. While it's a common problem that usually resolves on its own, there are a few home remedies that can help alleviate symptoms and hasten recovery.
