A hearty, sweet smoothie - Vitamin shake

INGREDIENTS 

1 large ripe banana 

150 ml of natural yogurt 

2 tbsp cottage cheese 

3 tbsp. of roasted sesame seeds 

2 tbsp. any type of halva 

1 tbsp. bran 

STEP BY STEP RECIPE 

Step 1 

Peel and slice the banana. 

Step 2 

Put all the ingredients in a blender (you can add ice) and whisk until smooth.
