A new version of Google Camera has been released

A new version of the popular Google Camera 8.4 app is available online. The new version of the application adds a gear icon next to the "V" icon in the top drop-down menu. This makes it easier to access the camera settings. On some smartphones with a camera opening on the side, the icon appears at the top center. In addition, the new camera app adds manual exposure control.

In addition, Google Camera 8.4 has a new Timer light feature. This feature is located under "Advanced", with the flash acting as a countdown. This allows the user to know when the picture will be taken.

Earlier, Google released a useful update for Google Camera, which will be especially useful for those who like to shoot video. The Quick Settings feature was originally available in Google Camera 7.1 along with the release of the Pixel 4 series of smartphones. The feature allows you to quickly start shooting video by holding down the shutter button. If you release the shutter button, it stops recording. In the new version of the app, you can swipe to the left to launch hands-free mode; which allows you to continue shooting without holding your finger on the button. You can also zoom in or out by moving your finger up or down. Google Camera is highly regarded by many users, and there are many mods on the Web that allow you to install the app on numerous devices that the app does not initially support.
