A recipe for delicious doughnuts!

These are the most delicious doughnuts...I've ever had!

I've made them twice already, they're amazing! Soft , just airy, with a crispy crust! I liked the fig mousse filling a lot and it would be delicious with fresh raspberries grated with sugar or with custard, like the author has...

Dough:

Milk - 500 ml.

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Butter or margarine - 125g.

Sugar - 2 tbsp.

Salt - 1,5 tsp.

Dry yeast - 11g. (sachet)

Warm water - 0,5 tbsp.

Flour - so much, that the dough was not tight, but also did not stick to his hands.

(You get more than 40 doughnuts from this quantity - I made half of them).

Cooking: (I did this)

Mix milk and water and heat a little.

Add all the sugar

...yeast.

Stir and let the yeast "come to life" (about 15 minutes).

Now add the egg.

Butter (can be at room temperature, melted or not).

Salt

Vanillin (it's not in the recipe, but I like it better). Beat everything thoroughly with a whisk.

Now add flour little by little and mix with a spoon.

Spread out the dough on a table and knead, kneading, adding flour. The dough should not be too soft, but not too clogged - medium. I had about 400 grams of flour, as I remember, but I could be wrong...

Cover the dough with a towel and leave it to rise for 1.5 hours, until it doubles in size.

If it doubles in an hour, that's enough and you can move on to making doughnuts.

Once the dough has risen, roll it out 1 cm thick,

Cut out circles of medium size (I made them with a glass and they came out big, better than a shot glass...),

and let stand until they have doubled in size.

Heat enough oil to make the doughnuts float in the oil without touching the bottom) in a large frying pan.

Fry them on both sides until golden brown.

Place the finished doughnuts on napkins.

While another batch of donuts is frying, stuff the ready ones at the same time.

When frying, the doughnuts will have a white stripe of dough all around their circumference. Make an incision in it with a sharp knife and place the filling.

You don't need to stuff them; you can just sprinkle them with powdered sugar, which is also delicious.

Eat your doughnuts while they are hot!
