All you need to know about WhatsApp Privacy

Introduction:

WhatsApp is the most commonly used free messaging platform that works on any smartphone and gadget. WhatsApp has a slightly different privacy policy than other social networking sites. It says that they can collect your data for improvement of services or to deliver offers to you.

But the good news is it possible to read these messages using third-party apps like Bluestacks.

Like all social networking sites, WhatsApp also starts collecting your data.

WhatsApp is the widely used app that provides free texting for life, provided you have an internet connection to use what's app.

Privacy on WhatsApp? How does it work?

When somebody sends a message to a number that doesn't belong to you, these messages are saved on that person's phone. You can not see or read these messages without knowing that number or using Bluestacks to view the chats of other WhatsApp accounts.

The good news is you can use Bluetacks android emulator on your pc and access any phone using Bluestacks, provided you have a valid IMEI Code.

How to see messages from other WhatsApp accounts using Bluestacks?

We will use Bluestacks to read messages from other WhatsApp accounts in this post. You can easily read these messages without knowing the number or rooting your phone. Here is a step by step guide to do so:-

1.      First, you need an android emulator for your pc. You need to download and install Bluestacks on your computer from their official site. After installation, open Bluestacks and add the WhatsApp application to it by following the instruction in the emulator.

2.      After adding the WhatsApp application on Bluestacks, you have to restart your Bluestack emulator to refresh the changes.

3.      You can see that a new WhatsApp icon is created in the emulator, similar to what we do in android mobile phones. Click on it to open WhatsApp using Bluestacks emulating the android OS of another phone.

4.      On opening WhatsApp using Bluestacks, you have to allow access for this browser by clicking on Allow button when a message pops up asking, "Allow this browser to access your messages?" Click OK.

5.      After allowing Bluestacks, you have to enter a mobile number for which you want to see messages. This is the essential step. You must know this number or be able to get it with the help of someone who knows it. After entering the number, click on the search button in the emulator.

6.      When you are searching for a contact using Bluestacks, your Bluestack will automatically try to find the message history of that number. If it's found, then all WhatsApp chats of that number, images, and videos will be displayed on your screen. You can continue reading without logging into that WhatsApp account if you don't want to by clicking on the forward button at the bottom right. If no chat is found, go back and enter the number again.

7.      You can see that I have searched for a chat using this method because it is found, so chats are displayed on my screen. But if no chats are found, you have to log into that whats app account using the "WhatsApp web" option given at the top right corner of Bluestacks. Login by entering your mobile number and WhatsApp password.

8.      After logging in, you will be able to see all messages sent/received through your WhatsApp application on the Bluestacks emulator.

Bluetack allows us to check the chat history of other WhatsApp accounts without knowing that number or rooting your phone. You can do this any time anywhere with the help of Bluestacks. Even though privacy policy says:-

" We do not collect your phone's contacts, photos, or other data. "

you can easily access the chat history of that number using Bluestacks. It proves that WhatsApp has lots to hide in its privacy policy. You are fooled when they say, "We do not collect your phone's contacts, photos, or other data." How to stop this?

This method works because it becomes part of the sender's phone's address book when you send a message to some number. So if you receive a message from an unknown number, it will be displayed on your whats app even though the name/number is hidden. But if you want to prevent this, disable the last seen option under settings in your WhatsApp account. If you disable the last seen option, another user can't know when and from where you opened his message.   WhatsApp doesn't allow us to send voice messages over Bluetooth to Android or iPhone users. Can we do this?

How to send voice messages over Bluetooth?

WhatsApp has blocked our facility for sending whats app voice messages as files by Bluetooth to apple and other Android OS devices using its own whats app messenger application. But there is a method for sharing these whats app voice notes with the help of a third-party application called "notice note 2".

Let me tell you how this works:-

1.      Install noice note two on both devices, i.e., changing and receiving devices.

2.      Enable Bluetooth on both devices.

3.      Enable sharing, receiving calls, and receiving whats app voice notes in voice note 2.

4.      Now make a call to the user of receiving device with the help of changing the device's phone application. When he answers the call, now audio recording will start automatically.

5.      Could you not cut the call but keep it open? And that's it !! Noice note 2 is now ready to receive your voice message as what's app voice note with working duration depending upon how many seconds you recorded !! Like I said before:- WhatsApp has blocked our facility for sending WhatsApp voice messages as files by Bluetooth to apple and other devices running Android OS using its WhatsApp messenger application. But there is a method for sharing these whats app voice notes with the help of a third-party application called "notice note 2".

Let me tell you how this works:-

Remember that Bluestacks is very sensitive to an internet connection, so make sure there is good wifi or 4g available. If your phone's battery saver mode is on, it will not allow Bluestacks to run correctly. Charge your phone at least 70% before running Bluestacks. Blue stacks can't detect external SD cards in android lollipop (5.1) and higher versions, but it works fine on android marshmallow (6.0) and lower versions like KitKat (4.4). It also doesn't work on any intel based devices running android marshmallow (6.0) and higher versions, but it saves battery life more than other emulators. After finishing your task with Bluetacks, always disconnect its internet connection before closing it to prevent the attack on that number. You can create two separate WhatsApp accounts using Bluestacks instead of rooting your actual phone to get a second WhatsApp account.
