3 cups flour

2 cups sugar

225g butter

3 cups apple puree

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. ground nutmeg

1.75 tsp. baking soda

0.5 tsp. salt

1 cup yellow raisins

1 cup chopped pecans

1 tsp. vanilla extract

                FOR GLASURY:

2 cups light brown sugar

1/3 cup Parmalat CHEF 23% cream

4 tbsp. butter

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup powdered sugar

0.5 tsp. salt
