Baby milk ice cream


Sometimes homemade ice cream contains starch. It is added for lightness, tenderness, and so that there are no ice crystals.




milk - 500 ml;

butter - 5 tbsp. l .;

sugar - /3 cup.;

corn starch - 1/2 tsp;

egg yolk - 2 pcs.




Pour milk into a container and add butter. Heat over low heat until the oil dissolves.


In a separate saucepan, beat the sugar, starch and yolks until frothy.


Add milk and butter to the resulting egg mass, mix. .put the saucepan on the fire and bring the mixture to a boil. Turn off the fire.


Put the pan in an ice bath (you can just put it in a container with very cold water) and, stirring constantly, cool the future ice cream.


Pour ice cream into a container and place in the freezer for 4 hours. .ice cream must be mixed every half hour. Thanks to this, the dessert will turn out to be tender and freeze evenly.
