I got tired of searching for the answer to this question over the internet & other platforms because most of the researchers said, milk contains the protein Cesine which reacts with caffeine which may prevent absorption of antioxidants in the body whereas certain studies report the opposite.

But in my point of view, researchers are right as they are always researching new information which we can't get from our previous studies.

I am very disappointed about this but still if you got the answer to How milk reacts with tea? must share your answer with me.
