WHAT IS SKIN?

Skin is the body’s largest organ and covers its entire external surface, weighing approximately 16% of our bodyweight. The skin consists of 3 layers:  epidermis,   dermis and hypodermis, which have different anatomical structures and functions. It regulates body temperature, provides immunity and helps maintain fluid balance, makes melanin , the molecule that gives your skin color and helps protect the skin from the sun’s harmful rays.

There are many factors that affect the health and beauty of our skin, including our genetics, age, hormonal levels, conditions such as diabetes, diet and lifestyle, Skin products, sleep deprivation, stress, malnutrition, exposure to dust, pollution and ultra-violet rays.

HOW TO HAVE GOOD SKIN?

Our skin can show signs that we are not healthy inside, whether due to diet, mental stress or something else.We need to understand our skin properly and take the necessary steps  to stay healthy and fit inside and out.

Healthy  skin reflects a healthy body. It is soft and warm. It is free from cracks,   scales  and   infections. Healthy skin reflects a healthy personality.Everyone wants to look their best when greeting the world. The skin needs a balance of nutrients to perform its basic functions.

Every indivisual has a favorite cream or treatment, but there’s no evidence that skin care products improve the skin health. Skin aging is constantly coming and changing, which means regular nutrition is important to stimulate skin regeneration. A healthy diet nourishes your skin and helps it stay soft, supple and blemish-free.

A.Sleeping with makeup on in.

The combination of makeup, dirt and oil that builds up throughout the day can wreak havoc on your skin. Not removing makeup before bed is a bad beauty habit that can lead to clogged pores, which can lead to blackheads and whiteheads. Get  into the habit of removing your makeup before bed so your skin can breathe and rejuvenate while you sleep.

B.Ditching moisturiser.

Skipping moisturizer before bed is a mistake many people make.According to the dermatologist, moisturizing the skin before bed helps repair and strengthen its natural barrier, thus retaining essential moisture. This step is crucial to keep the skin hydrated and supple.Choose a moisturizer suitable for your skin type and incorporate it into your nighttime skincare routine.

C.Oiling your hair overnight.

While oiling and massaging your hair can be beneficial, leaving the oil on overnight is a bad beauty habit and can have negative   effects. Oil your hair only for 30 to 45 minutes.

Leaving hair oil on overnight can cause the oil to penetrate the skin  and clog the pores, which can lead to the formation of acne.  Instead, apply hair oil a few hours before bed and wash it out well.

Wash your hair at least twice in a week and make hair free from dust and dandruff. Use natural remedies for cleaning the hair and natural hair oil for hair.
