Banana dessert in the microwave

Ingredients:

1 egg;

1 banana;

3 teaspoons sugar;

35 grams of rice flour;

1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Ingredients for the frosting:

25-30 g chocolate;

1 tablespoon cream;

peanuts.

Cooking banana dessert in the microwave

Mash half of the banana and mix with the egg, sugar, rice flour and baking powder. Beat until smooth.

Dice the other half of the banana and add to the batter.

Lightly grease a cup or mold suitable for cooking in a microwave oven with vegetable oil. The cup must be at least 400 ml.

Place the dough in the cup. The cup should be no more than 2/3 full. Put the cup in the microwave. Cook on full power (850-900 watts) for 4 minutes, turning it on first for 1 minute, then 2 times for 1.5 minutes.

Check readiness with a wooden skewer.

Spread cooled dessert on a platter and drizzle with glaze. For the glaze, heat the chocolate and cream until dissolved in the microwave, stir until smooth and pour over the dessert. Sprinkle with peanuts or other nuts.
