Banana ice cream at home

Remember that ice cream rises during cooking, so do not fill the ice cream maker container more than half full.



150 g sugar

150 g milk (3,2%)

Lemon juice (half a lemon is enough)

300g of banana pulp (net weight)



Peel the bananas and cut into small pieces, drizzle with lemon juice and whisk with the sugar in a blender. Add the milk, mix thoroughly and pour the mixture into the tub of an ice cream maker.
