This type of ice cream can be made with fresh, just bought in the store, ripe fruit, as well as with pre-frozen bananas.
The set of products needed to prepare the dessert:
ripe bananas - 600 g;
milk (fat content must be no less than 3.2%) - 150 gr;
floral honey - 60 grams;
Freshly squeezed juice of 2 ripe lemons;
Chocolate-coconut shavings - 12 gr.
The sequence of making ice cream in steps:
Bananas are washed and peeled.
Cut the flesh of the banana into thin circles. Place them in a mold, plate or tray for freezing, always in one even layer, leaving small gaps between the circles.
Put the form with the bananas in the freezer for 12 hours.
Cool the milk a little before making the ice cream.
Transfer the bananas to a blender bowl and chop, gradually adding the cool milk to them.
As the mass thickens and becomes homogeneous, put honey and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir.
Put the prepared ice cream in a container and put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
When ready, put the ice cream into bowls and sprinkle with chocolate and coconut crumbs. You can eat
