Ingredients (for 2 servings)
Banana - 1 piece.
Sugar - 1,5 tbsp.
Flour - 3 tbsp.
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Milk - 1 tbsp.
Butter - 25 gr
Egg - 1 egg.
Prepare the products for the banana pudding.
We need a very ripe banana. Break the flesh of the banana into small pieces, put it in a bowl and mashed potato it with a fork.
Add the egg, milk, sugar and melted butter to the mashed banana.
Mix flour with baking powder, sift into bowl with banana and egg mixture.
Use a spoon to knead the dough.
Grease microwave-safe molds with a thin layer of oil. Spread the banana batter into these molds.
Cook banana pudding in the microwave on 800 watt power for 3 minutes for small molds (4 pieces) and 4 minutes for slightly larger molds (2 pieces).
The banana pudding is ready. Serve it for breakfast or during dessert.
