This soup is a special honor in our family. The taste familiar from childhood, rich aroma, lightness of this dish pleases all my relatives. And the simplicity of preparation makes me very happy)) A minimum of ingredients, a proven recipe, a little soul and a wonderful family dinner is ready. In general, cabbage soup is a primordially Russian, national dish, which was prepared by our great-grandmothers. Of course, there is a huge variety of its options: there are green cabbage soup, or, as they are also called, summer cabbage, there are lean (without meat) and even fish, there are sauerkraut (sauerkraut), and there are fresh cabbage. Perhaps, it is from fresh cabbage that our favorite option is, and I am glad to share with you our family recipe. Ingredients:
- 600-700 g of beef (best on the bone: thin, thick edge, brisket, but you can also without: splint, pulp)

- for broth:
1 onion
1 carrot
celery root (a chunk about the size of an onion or larger)
2-3 cloves of garlic
any greens with stems (parsley, cilantro, etc.),
1 bay leaf
3-4 liters of water,
salt, pepper to taste

- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1/2 large carrot
- 1 tomato

- olive oil or vegetable oil for frying vegetables
