Ingredients for "Biscuit and the secret of making it":

Chicken egg - 4 pcs.

Sugar - 150 gr

Wheat flour / Flour - 150 gr

Leavening Agent - 1 tsp.

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Recipe "Bisque and the secret of its preparation:

 

1. beat all the eggs in a large cup, add the sugar, and put this cup on a water bath, on a low heat.

 

2. Now we will whip this mixture with a whisk. As soon as the mass is homogeneous and the sugar has dissolved, remove it from the water bath.

 

3. Now beat it with a mixer on high speed for about 8-10 minutes.

 

4. Our secret. We beat the eggs until, when you run your finger over the beaten mass, a groove remains, such that it does not disappear. This means that the eggs are beaten properly!!!

 

5. Add the sifted flour and baking powder, mix from top to bottom. We transfer the dough into greased molds and bake in an oven at 200 gr for 20-25 minutes.

 

6. The readiness of biscuits check with your hands, not with a stick. If you take the biscuit out of the oven, this biscuit will never fall!!!

So, we check the readiness with our hands. Lightly press the biscuit with your hand - it should fall back into place like a sponge. This means that the biscuit is ready, and if the hole remains, then you need to hold it in the oven a little longer!

 

One more thing for cooks to note. You can bake this biscuit with half the ingredients, i.e. 2 eggs, 75 gr. sugar, 75 gr. flour, 0.5 tsp. leavening agent, and it will be just as fluffy. Only you can cut it into two parts and use a baking dish of 18 -20 -22 cm.
