Bowel cleansing at home

Stomach discomfort, abdominal pain and perpetual flatulence are not a complete list of problems caused by clogged intestines. They are supplemented by hemorrhoids, avitaminosis, skin and somatic diseases, nervous disorders, regular colds, and finally, weight gain. When the latter take place, it is necessary to take radical measures, otherwise the development of chronic diseases cannot be avoided.

It is wrong to think that colon cleansing at home or within the walls of a medical institution is akin to a discharge day, which is just as good and important, but is effective only in the absence of slags, hardened masses on the walls of the mucous membranes.

What is important to know when starting a cleanse? Fatty, spicy, salty and smoked foods, pickles and sweets are taboo during the cleansing process. Most of these foods are known to promote the deposition of calculus stones. At the same time, fresh vegetables, fruits, and berries are welcome during this period. Ideally, it is also useful for a person to adhere to the principles of separate eating (do not mix protein and carbohydrate foods) at least during the days of the procedures.

Observe drinking regime (drink up to 2 liters of water a day, preferably not mineral water). If desired, you can acidify it with lemon juice.

Few people know that the easiest way to cleanse the intestines is with apples. Apples have fiber, fruit acids, which improve peristalsis and speed up the process of secretion of gastric juice, therefore helping the intestines to clean themselves.

Ideal for those who do not like apples. To use it, you need to:

chop or grate beets or carrots; shred white cabbage;

Sprinkle the mixture with lemon juice or olive oil (salad "broom").

The proportions need to choose their own. The main thing is to make sure that the volume of cabbage was 2 times the volume of carrot and beet mass.  It is forbidden to salt the dish!

It should be eaten daily for 7 days instead of dinner. Such regularity will more than pay off: the body will be cleaned of toxins and impurities, and the body weight will decrease. The effect is achieved due to the excellent laxative effect of vegetables. The more so that fresh, they also improve peristalsis, and help fight constipation. By the way, salad "broom" is a regular in effective diets for weight loss. Try it and you will see for yourself.

Fresh kefir has long been valued for its mild, laxative effect. For this purpose, it was drunk in its pure form. The drink is consumed in the evening before going to bed, then in the morning there is a natural emptying, which cleans the body. To enhance the effect, it is useful to eat a salad of fresh cabbage, an apple or a slice of garlic in the morning.

Pay attention! Kefir even in its pure form is a very useful product. It contains calcium, which prevents excessive, abnormal overgrowth of cells of the colon. This is especially true for women, because endometriosis of the colon, which is the name of the disease, is often a secondary pathology, developing after uterine endometriosis. It may manifest itself before the age of 40-45 years.

Yogurt has similar properties. By the way, for maximum results, you should add fruits, berries to sour milk products.

Cleaning with cereals

All cereals are incredibly useful, because thanks to the fiber contained in their composition, they perfectly purify the body. But there are those that can achieve the desired effect faster. We are talking about rice and oats.

To make the most useful porridge in this case, you should take both ingredients, 0.5 t. each, rinse them and boil in 2.5 t. water until they thicken. Consume the dish without oil. True, salt to taste is allowed. Apply, by the way, the method can be used everywhere.

Cleaning with fresh juices

The essence of this method is already in the name. It is necessary to take fruit, the main thing is not sweet, but with a little acidity. It can be citrus fruits, apples, plums, but some berries will also do - cherries, for example. Their sourness is given by fruit acid, whose main advantage is the ability to dissolve hardened stools. Juices can be combined with bran to enhance the effect.

Beets are a treasure trove of vitamins and an excellent laxative product. The easiest way to cleanse with it is to use its juice. For its preparation take 1 kg of root vegetables. Juice diluted with water in the ratio of 1:2. If desired, salt and drink the entire portion during the day. Few people know that it not only weakens, but also reduces appetite, so that a normal day becomes more unloading.

Improper diet, lack of sleep, stress... It seems that everything in modern life contributes to the appearance of fecal stones. In part yes, but preventing the worst that they can do is possible. And it is important both to clean the intestines regularly, and to eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, cereals, drink enough fluids and make sure to do days of unloading. In other words, rely not only on eliminating the problem, but also on prevention.
