Brownies with raspberry jam


Dark chocolate (100g in batter + 50g in ganache) - 150g

Butter - 60 g

Jam (raspberry jam from TM Maheev, 30 g in batter + 15 g in ganache) - 45 g

Chicken egg - 2 pcs

Sugar - 50 g

Wheat flour / Flour - 60 g

Leavening agent - 1 tsp.

Vanillin (to taste)

Salt (pinch)

Cream (33%) - 15 ml

Mint (for decoration)

                  Recipe for Brownies with Raspberry Jam

Prepare the dough. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring constantly until smooth.

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until fluffy.

Combine beaten eggs and melted chocolate. Add the jam and stir to combine.

Stir in flour with baking powder and salt.

Place the dough in a baking dish lined with baking paper. Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 175°C. Leave to cool.

For the ganache, mix together the melted chocolate, cream and jam. Cover the brownies with the ganache.

Cut the brownies into squares. Decorate with a drop of jam and mint.
