Prepare the ingredients for the cabbage casserole in the oven. Place dried mushrooms in a small bowl, pour hot drinking water (250 ml) and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Peel the top leaves off the white cabbage. Cut in half or in four pieces and remove the core. Slice the cabbage into thin strips or small cubes.
Heat 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil in a large frying pan. Place cabbage in it, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes. Pour in remaining water and simmer over low heat for about 8 minutes. Put it in a bowl.
Peel the onion and finely chop it. Pour 1 tbsp. vegetable oil into the pan, where the cabbage was stewed, and heat it. Put the onion and brown it lightly. Add the minced meat and, stirring, fry until it changes color.
Salt and pepper the minced meat and onion. Fry, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Transfer to a separate bowl. De-seed mushrooms in a colander, rinse and finely chop.
Grease the casserole dish with the remaining oil and place in layers half the cabbage, minced meat, porcini mushrooms and the rest of the cabbage. For the sauce, beat eggs with sour cream. Add cheese, salt, pepper and mix. Pour sauce over the contents of the form. Cook in a casserole heated to 200 ° C, 15-20 minutes. Serve hot to the table.
