Charlotte with cranberries
Everyone is used to the fact that charlotte is a kind of standard, namely a delicious biscuit with apple filling. But let's look beyond that and experiment! Instead of apples, let's add sour cranberries, and the ingredients for the cake in a slightly different proportion, and I assure you that it will be very delicious. :)
Ingredients (for 8 servings)
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Eggs (at room temperature) - 3 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Cranberries - 1/2 cup
Preparation
1. Mix one cup of flour, 1/2 cup of sugar and eggs. Mix until smooth and add washed cranberries.
2. Pour the mass into a greased baking tray and bake at 180-220 degrees (degrees depend on the type of your oven) for 40 minutes (or until done, namely until golden crust). You can also check the readiness with a toothpick.
Yummy is ready)
P.S. The recipe, by the way, nay simplest, and instead of cranberries you can use cranberries, blueberries, etc.
