Cheese soup with chicken breast


Fillet of chicken breast - 1 pc.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Potatoes - 5 pcs.

Melted cheese - 100 gr

Water - 2 liters

Olive oil - 3 tbsp.

Bay leaf - 1 pc.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Greens - to taste

The cooking process


Sometimes you can make an unusual and interesting dish from ordinary products. Soup with chicken and cheese belongs to such dishes. It turns out with a bright, rich taste, light and at the same time quite hearty. And it perfectly warms up in the cold season.

Cut carrots into small cubes.

Cut potatoes into small cubes.

Cut chicken breast fillets into medium sized pieces.

Fry the sliced chicken breast in olive oil for 7 minutes. Pour water into a pot, put chopped carrots and potatoes and cook for 20 minutes. Then add fried fillets. Cook for 10 minutes.

Add bay leaf, salt and pepper.

When the soup is almost ready, put in the pot melted cheese. Stir well, so that the cheeses are all dispersed in the soup and do not form lumps.

When the soup is almost ready, add the finely chopped greens.
