For the base we take a good cookie and butter, make the filling from cream cheese, raspberries and cream. This is incredibly delicious, tender and insanely beautiful. This cheesecake will beat any cake.

Cream cheese - 500 g

20 % cream - 250 ml

Shortbread cookies - 220 g

Butter - 82,5 % - 100 g

Sugar - 100 g

Gelatin - 20 gr

Fresh mint for decoration - a few leaves

Sugar powder (if necessary) - to taste
