Cheesecakes made by this recipe, turn out tender and very tasty.
500 grams of cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
4 tbsp. flour (2 tbsp. for dough and 2 tbsp. for breading)
How to cook
So, we take the cottage cheese, add the sugar and vanilla sugar and use a fork to start kneading the mixture.
Then add the egg, salt, flour, mix well, until a homogeneous mass.
Using a tablespoon, form small balls of the resulting dough, shape them more flat and bread them in flour.
Heat a frying pan and pour vegetable oil on it. Pour the dough and fry on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
All cheesecakes are ready.
