Chicken kebabs in the oven

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces about 3x3 cm. Add salt, pepper, spices and vegetable oil, mix. Put in the fridge for 1-1.5 hours.

Cut bell peppers into 3x3 cm slices. Onion - in rings, and brisket - in slices. Try to cut everything about the same size.

Pre-soak wooden skewers in cold water for 20 minutes. String the chicken fillet, bell bell pepper, brisket and onion slices alternately on the skewers. Spread out on a baking tray greased with vegetable oil. Drizzle Teriyaki sauce on top. Send to bake in preheated to 190 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Baking time depends on the power of the oven.                              Ingredients for "Chicken kebabs in the oven":

Chicken fillet - 800 gr

Sweet yellow pepper (1-2 pcs)

Onions (1-2 pcs.)

Brisket (pork) - 150 g

Salt (or to taste) - 1 tsp.

Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.

Hummels-suneli - 1/2 tsp.

Sweet paprika (smoked) - 1/2 tsp.

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Sauce (Teriyaki)
