Chicken fillet - 500 gr
Brynza - 50 gr
Sweet pepper (red) - 1/2 unit
Dill - 20 gr
Salt - 1 tsp.
Bread crumbs / breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp.
Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
Kefir - 50 ml
Recipe "Chicken rolls with stuffing and rice":
Pour water into a saucepan, add salt (1/2 tsp.), put on the fire and bring to a boil. We put the bags with rice Amber in the boiling water and boil for 30 minutes.
And while the rice is boiling let's prepare the chicken tubes. Wash and dry chicken fillets.
Cut each chicken filet and beat it with a hammer.
Brush the chicken fillets with olive oil and salt (1/2 tsp.). Next, using tube molds and pastry floss, roll the chicken fillets into tubes.
Roll the chicken rolls in breadcrumbs and place them in a dish greased with olive oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 25 minutes.
And while the chicken tubes are baking, prepare the filling for them. Dill and red pepper are washed and finely chopped.
Mash the bryndza with a fork.
Add dill, pepper and kefir to the cheese. Stir well. Stuffing for the rolls is ready (as filling you can use any other stuffing, as you like).
Take the ready chicken rolls out of the oven, free them from the molds and string. Fill them with stuffing. As a garnish, serve cooked rice Amber from Mistral. Decorate as desired.
