Today my issue is for the children. Those who are losing their childhood. Then let's talk about it together with you and me.
In today's time, school bag is an important part of every child's life. But it cannot be denied that due to the weight these bags have become a burden for the children.
The weight of school bags has become a matter of concern for parents and teachers as well. Parents start expecting more from their children and on top of that the pressure of the teacher due to which the child fills all the educational material in his bag and loads it on his back, which weighs more than his weight, as a result of which he has to bear back pain. Due to this, he has to face physical stress. And if this stress and pain remain for a long time, then his future life can also be affected. Due to the burden of this bag, mental Disorder is also seen. Due to which the concentration and academic activity of that child is affected. In the end, one of the reasons for this problem is the lack of locker and storage facilities in the schools.
Let us now talk a little about the solution of these problems. The first solution is to provide facilities like lockers and storage in the schools itself, so that the children will not have to carry all the materials home, which will automatically reduce the burden of the bags. And apart from this, we should also make parents and teachers aware. And they should be told that they should create a safe and healthy learning environment for the children. And teaching children with modern technology is ultimately a question of their life.
To reduce these problems, it is essential to promote healthy backpacking habits. We can help the child maintain a healthy backpacking routine. Such as:-
1.Choosing a Right Backpack: We should see that the backpack of the child is of the right size and should fit comfortably on his back and should not be too heavy. Due to which padded shoulder straps should be installed in it to reduce the pressure on its spine.
2. Keep the backpack light in weight: We should encourage the child to pack only what is necessary for them and leave the unnecessary stuff at home. If the child needs to carry a lot of books then consider using a rolling backpack.
3. Backpack should be worn properly: The backpack should be worn properly on both the shoulders, with the straps tight so that the backpack stays close to the body. so that the weight is distributed evenly and the weight does not fall on the child
4. Teach them to take breaks: Your child should be encouraged to take breaks throughout the day to take off the backpack and stretch their muscles.
Finally, children's school backpacks can be a hardship for today's routine life, but with healthy backpack habits and proper education, we can reduce these problems. And as parents and teachers, it's our responsibility to make sure our kids carry a backpack that's safe and healthy for their developing bodies.
