Chocolate cake with marshmallows


One chicken egg - 1 pc.

Sugar powder - 50 gr

Butter - 40 gr

Cocoa powder - 1,5 tbsp.

Wheat flour - 100 g

Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.

Milk - 30 ml

Marshmallows - 8 pcs.


Sugar - 3 tbsp.

Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp.

Sour cream - 2 tbsp.

Butter - 1 tbsp.

The cooking process:

Chocolate marshmallow brownie is a delicious and delicate treat for all sweet tooths. It will delight

both children and adults.

Melt butter and powdered sugar.

Beat the egg.

Separately mix flour, baking powder and cocoa.

Pour it into the main mass, stir it and add milk.

Line a baking tray with paper, then drop the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

Put marshmallows on hot biscuits.

Mix everything for glaze, put on fire and, stirring, bring to boiling point. Allow to cool.

Pour the frosting over the cakes and leave to cool. Chocolate brownies with marshmallows, ready.
