- Milk - 80 ml.
- Gelatin - 15g.
- Chocolate chip cookies - 8 pcs. (2 for filling and 6 for decoration)
- Sweetener (sugar) - to taste

Method of preparation 👩🏼🍳:
✔️Do the base and to do this, divide the cookies into pieces and remove the white filling. Then melt the butter. In a blender cup, grind the cookies into crumbs and mix with the butter.
Place on the bottom of the mold (from which it will be convenient to remove, if it will be a slotted, it is better to cover the bottom with parchment. Take it to the fridge to harden.
✔️Mix the gelatin with the milk and heat in a steam bath, but do not boil.
Whip the cottage cheese, cheese and sweetener with a blender until smooth.
Then add the gelatin milk and whisk again.
Shred two cookies and add them to the filling. ✔️Pour the filling onto the base. Top with the cookies and leave in the fridge for 6 hours.
