For the preparation you will need:
Nuts (cashews, walnuts or other) - 1 cup;
Dates - ¾ cup;
Oatmeal - ¼ cup;
Dark chocolate - 100 gr;
Salt - a pinch;
How to cook:
1. Place the nuts in the bowl of a blender and on high power grind into fine crumbs.
2. Remove the pips from the dates. Grate the chocolate on a fine grater. Add the oatmeal, chocolate chips and dates to the blender bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Stir in a pinch of salt and restart the blender for a minute.
3. Moisten your palms with water. Divide the mass into small pieces and form cookies. Leave to stand for an hour and serve with tea!
