Ingredients:
For the chocolate layer:
Chocolate - 100 g
Butter - 100 g
Sugar - 100 gr
Flour - 100 gr
Cocoa - 2 tbsp.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Baking powder - 0,5 tsp.
Vanillailla - 1 package
Salt - a pinch
For the curd layer:
Cottage cheese - 200 gr
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Eggs - 1 egg
Vanilla - 1 package
Preparation:
1. break the chocolate into pieces, melt together with butter. Beat eggs with sugar and salt. Combine the chocolate and butter mixture with beaten eggs.
2. Mix the flour with the cocoa and baking powder. Mix all the ingredients together. For the curd filling, thoroughly mix the curd, egg, sugar and vanilla. On the bottom of the form put a little chocolate batter, on top in a few places - half of the curd mixture.
3. Repeat the layers, with the chocolate batter on top. With a wooden skewer, make the divots. Bake the chocolate cake at 180 °C for 30-40 minutes. Leave to cool on a wire rack. Very tasty, tender chocolate curd cake is ready.
