Chocolate for our health

Lots of people in the world who like chocolate because it tastes delicious.  In fact, apart from its delicious taste, chocolate has many benefits for our health.Chocolate bars contain many substances that are useful for our health. Chocolate is rich in antioxidants.

   In 100 grams of chocolate made from 70-85 percent cocoa, there are at least 11 grams of fiber,  67 percent iron, 58 percent magnesium, 89 percent copper and 98 percent manganese.

 In addition there are substances potassium, phosphorus, zinc, and selenium which are beneficial for bones.

 

 2. Source of antioxidants

 In raw and unprocessed conditions, chocolate is able to produce antioxidants better. Free radicals can be counteracted by the content in this chocolate.

 The bioactive content in chocolate can improve blood flow and blood vessels, which of course  has an impact on human blood pressure, so it is very good for consumption by people with high blood pressure.

 Cocoa powder can regulate cholesterol levels in the human body.

 Chocolate also prevents cholesterol from being exposed to free radicals and causing disease in   the body's organs.

 

5. Lowers the risk of heart attack

 The results of a study involving 470 adult men, chocolate has been shown to reduce the risk of death from a heart attack by 50 percent in 15 years.

 Another study said consuming chocolate more than five times per week could reduce the chance of a heart attack by 57 percent.

 

 6. Protects the skin

 The bioactives in chocolate are also good for skin health.  Flavanols protect the skin from sun exposure, increase blood flow to the skin, and increase skin moisture.

 

 7. Improve brain function

 Chocolate is also very useful for our brain.  Consuming chocolate with high flavanols for five days in a row can improve blood flow to the brain.Chocolate also contains brain stimulants such as caffeine and theobromine which can improve human thinking.
