Chocolate pancakes


Milk 250 ml

Flour 200 gr

Egg 1pc

Cocoa 2 tablespoon

Leavening powder 1 teaspoon

Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons

Sugar 3 tablespoons

Salt 0.5 teaspoon


Beat the egg with the sugar and salt.

Pour in the milk, add the sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa.

Mix with a whisk until homogeneous. At the end, add a little vegetable oil and stir again.

Fry the chocolate pancakes in a dry pan under a lid on both sides.
