3 kg of pork neck,

500 gr. of onions,

50 ml vinegar (9%),

5 tsp. salt,

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Cut the meat into equal slices and put them in layers. Put a layer on top of an onion chopped in rings. Drizzle with vinegar. Alternate: meat, onions, vinegar.

Cover with lid. Put in the fridge for an hour.
