Coffee ice cream

Ingredients

instant coffee 8-10 g

85 g sugar

water (boiling) 100 g

cream 33-35% 300 g

The variation in the amount of coffee (8-10 g) can be explained by how rich in coffee flavor you want your ice cream to be. For example, I don't really like it when the coffee flavor is too dominant (10g), I prefer a more moderate flavor and put 8g.

With this amount of ingredients, we get approximately 500 grams of coffee ice cream.
Cooking
Prepare the simple ingredients needed to make the coffee ice cream. The cream must be well chilled, so it is more likely to whip well. We also need: a mixer, two containers for whipping, a container, and preferably
