First prepare the salad. Dice peeled tomatoes and cucumbers, mix, salt, pepper and dress with olive oil. You can add some crab meat to the salad.
For the gazpacho, mix the tomatoes, vinegar, Tabasco and tomato juice in a blender. Only after that, add olive oil to the puree (otherwise the soup will lose its color).
Using a mould, put the salad in the middle of the plate, pour the soup over the edges, drizzle with olive oil, put the tomato "cap" on top of the salad.
Serve with cubes of ice and garlic bread.

tabasco sauce 1 drop
