Flour - 400 gr.

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Kefir - 500 gr.

Soda - 0,25 teaspoon.

Chicken fillet - 400 gr.

A bundle of lettuce.

Parmesano" cheese - 100 gr.

Mozzarella" cheese - 150 gr.

Cherry tomatoes - 10 pcs.

Caesar" sauce - 100 gr.

Quail eggs - 10 units.

Salt

Black pepper

Provence herbs.

Preparation:

 

Into the kefir beat the eggs, then sift the flour and add the baking soda and salt.

 

Knead the dough until it is no longer sticky to your hands. Cover with clingfilm and set aside for 30 minutes.

 

In the meantime, fry the chicken fillets, and prepare the rest of the ingredients.

 

Place the dough in a baking dish.

 

Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle a little provincial herb.

 

Arrange the chicken fillets and cherry halves, then add the mozzarella and quail eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in oven for 4-8 minutes.
