Cooking pizza "4 Cheese" as in a pizzeria, at home

Ingredients :

- Flour - 300 gr.

- Olive oil - 3,5 tbsp.

- Yeast - 4 gr.

- Salt - 1 ⁄ 4 tsp.

- Mozzarella - 160 gr.

- Goat cheese - 100 gr.

- Tilsiter - 100 gr.

- Gorgonzola - 100 g.

- Water - 100 ml.

 

- Honey - 2 tbsp.

Preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 - 220 degrees.

 

1 . Grate mozzarella and tilsiter on a coarse grater, break goat cheese and gorgonzola into small pieces. Mix the flour with the yeast. Add honey to warm water, add to flour and yeast mixture, add 2 tablespoons of oil and knead for 5 to 10 minutes.

 

2 . Spread the flour on the table, and put the dough on it. Knead for another 7 minutes. The dough should not stick.

 

3 . Make into a ball shape, place in a bowl greased with olive oil, cover with a towel soaked in hot water and wrung out, leave at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.

 

4 . Roll out the dough in a thin layer on the flour. Oil the tray and distribute the dough on it, sprinkle with mozzarella, spread goat cheese and Gorgonzola, sprinkle with Tilsiter. Distribute the cheese as you see fit. You can decorate with parsley, dill or sprigs of thyme. Place in the oven, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
