Cottage cheese cakes with apricots

Ingredients 

Cottage cheese (nonfat) - 200 gr

Margarine - 200 gr

Chicken egg - 3 pcs.

Sugar - 200 gr

Soda - 1 tsp.

Wheat flour / flour - 2.5-3 cups.

Apricots (fresh) - 400 gr

       Recipe "Cheese Muffins with Apricots":

Knead a dough of cottage cheese, margarine, eggs, sugar and flour. The dough is not steep.

Make sausages from the dough and divide them into medium sized pieces. Knead each piece into circles with your fingers.

Separate the apricots from the pips and cut each half into two slices.

Lay the apricot slices on the slices (if the apricot is not very sweet, you can sprinkle a little sugar on the slices) and cover.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes (as browned).
