Children under the age of 9 but perspectively we can talk of children under the age of 12, has found themselves in a very good situation after a court in NAKURU granted men custody of the children despite the gender.
I think this is the best decision that a court has done in the right way by only granting men custody over there children.
The fault or the ball now falls on the children side who can now make there own decision without any interference from the court neither from the parents.
Though it might be seen wrong by many ladies, the truth is that ladies use children to make men there source of income.
They go to even a perspective of faking diseases on the children so that they can source money from there ex husbands. But with this single judgement, these men might find themselves in a free mode from chains of calls for money.
In just an example, a lady devorced with her husband and due to age of the two children they had the lady had to keep custody and take care of them.
This created a business for the lady, she saw it as a chance to feed her greedy tummy by conning the man and stealing from him.
At first she said that the two children were schooling in an expensive school which required a fee of more than 100000/= per term, but it was later realized that the two children were just schooling on a local primary school in the area. That was after three years of the husband suffering.
She later saw that, it was not enough for the money from the fees, she faked the sickness of one child even claiming that the child was at ICU.
But the ex husband was in shock after finding out that all were lies.
I think now I can make sense by saying that the ruling in Nakuru was just like a savior for the men.
