Cream and milk soufflé
This is one of the tastiest and easiest recipes to make, and it's very easy and can serve as a great base or addition to jelly cakes. I don't always get to spend too much time in the kitchen, and sometimes I want a sweet and homemade treat. Therefore, I give great preference to this souffle, as it does not take much time to prepare and does not require prior preparation. The more so because its base consists of natural and unprocessed products: cottage cheese and milk. Taking into account that I have these products and homemade, it's even the healthiest dessert. The souffle has a light texture and creamy color. And the addition of cocoa powder and chocolate chips gives it an intense chocolate flavor. This is a dessert I could eat and eat. Try making it once and you will make it again and again.

250 grams of cottage cheese
250 grams of milk
2 eggs
3 tablespoon sour cream a pinch of salt
2 tablespoon sugar one gelatin packet
