Curd cheesecakes with raspberries

Let's prepare the dough. To do this, put cottage cheese in a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg and vegetable oil. Stir to make the mass more homogeneous. The cottage cheese should not be dry, it is better to take soft or pasty. If the cottage cheese is not firm, you should strain it through a sieve.

Sift flour and baking powder and knead the dough. The dough will be soft, not sticky to your hands.

Prepare the cottage cheese filling. To do this in a bowl you need to mix cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla sugar and semolina.

Divide the dough into 9 parts, about 60 grams each. Each piece of dough rounded.

Line a baking tray with parchment and place the balls at least 5 centimeters apart. Use the bottom of a glass (grease the bottom of the glass) to make indentations in the dough.

In each depression we put the filling, about 1 tbsp. In the middle put a berry, gently press it.

Bake the cakes in a heated 180 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden.

Bon appetit!
