Ingredients:
240 grams of wheat flour
180 g sugar
125 g butter
100 g chocolate
1 egg
1/2 tsp. soda
salt
How to make chocolate chip cookies:
Take the butter out of the refrigerator
beforehand so that it softens.
Add the sugar and the egg to the butter and beat everything with a mixer until the sugar grains have dissolved and are homogeneous.
Pour the baking soda into the mass and add 2 pinches of salt, then add the sifted flour and mix until homogeneous.
Chop the chocolate finely with a knife and pour it into the batter, mix it.
Cover a baking tray with parchment, use a spoon to spread the mixture in the form of individual cookies of small size.
Put baking tray with cookie dough in an oven heated to 180 degrees.
Bake the chocolate chip cookies for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.
