Delicious Laghman 

 

Lagman is a popular Central Asian national dish, or to be more precise, just a thick soup. Its main components are meat, noodles and vegetables. Make sure to cook it, no one will remain indifferent! 

 

Ingredients

To cook this delicious lagman you will need:

1.5 liters of meat broth;

500 gr veal;

300 grams of noodles;

2 bell peppers;

2 large tomatoes;

1 large onion;

2-3 cloves of garlic;

A small bundle of parsley;

3-4 tbsp. vegetable oil;

salt, freshly ground black pepper. 

 

Cooking steps

Pepper, tomatoes, onion peel and dice. Cut the meat into small cubes.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat on a high heat (preferably in portions, so that the meat is not stewed, but fried). Then put the cooked meat into a plate. 

When all the meat is ready, return it to the pan. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.

Then pour warm broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook until tender (about one hour).

Finely chop parsley and garlic. About 10 minutes before the meat is ready, boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Toss the ready noodles in a colander. In deep plates put noodles, pour soup, sprinkle with garlic and parsley.

Serve very tasty lagman very hot!
