Very tasty meat pie in the oven
Meat pie is much easier to prepare than the same pies, there you need a certain skill. And for a pie, all you need to do is knead dough or take ready-made, prepare meat, combine and ... send it to the oven.
Flour (wheat) - 2,5 tbsp.
Water - 1 tbsp (or a little less).
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Margarine - 1 package.
Ground pork - 500 gr.
Onions - 2 pcs. (small) or 1 pc. (big).
Butter - 100 gr.
Algorithm of preparation:
Prepare the shortbread dough. To do this, knead the egg with salt, beat with water. Separately grind flour and margarine.
Now combine the ingredients together. If the dough is a little runny, little by little you need to add flour until it is no longer sticky to your hands. Then put it in the refrigerator (for 30-60 minutes).
During this time, prepare the stuffing: twist the meat into mince (or take ready-made), season with salt and spices.
Peel the onion, cut in your favorite way, for example, in half rings, grate with salt.
It's time to "assemble" the pie. Divide the dough, parts unequal. The large - roll out with a rolling pin into a layer, transfer it to a baking tray.
On the dough lay minced meat, flatten it. On it lay chopped juicy onion, on top slice butter.
Roll out the second piece also, cover the pie. Tape the edges together. In the middle of the pie make a few holes with a toothpick to let steam out.
Preheat the oven, and then put the cake in. Oven temperature is 200 °C, time - about 40 minutes.
