Diet pie with chicken


For 6 servings

Chicken fillet 200g

Cheese cheese 200 g

Chicken egg 2 pcs.

Oat bran 3 tbsp.

Wheat bran 2 tablespoons

Garlic 2 cloves

Baking powder 2/3 tsp.

Thyme 1/2 tsp.

Dried basil 1/2 tsp.

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste




1.In a bowl, put the non-fat cottage cheese, beat the eggs and mix.


2.Mix the bran with the baking powder and add to the cottage cheese and eggs.


3.Add salt, pepper and herbs to the dough.


4.Now add chopped chicken fillets and minced garlic. Stir again.


5.Pour the batter into a silicone mold.


6. bake at 180C for 30-40 minutes. Let the finished pie cool slightly, then slice and serve.
