Easy recipe for asparagus beans

Asparagus beans are high in chlorophyll and can block the carcinogenic effect of grilling meat at high temperatures. That is, if you grill something, eat such foods along with asparagus beans.

We are used to choosing fresh, frozen or canned asparagus beans. It is better to stop at the first two options, as the beans are more useful. Some kinds of asparagus beans can be eaten even raw. You just have to wash them well, remove the tails and season with oil, salt and a little vinegar. I will tell you how to make delicious frozen asparagus beans. It's as simple and quick as possible. I am sure that you will love this method and will cook asparagus beans this way always.

I use frozen string beans, there is no need to defrost them or they will be too soft later, I want the beans to stay slightly crispy. Before freezing these beans are heat treated. Boil 1 liter of water in a saucepan and throw the beans in for 30 seconds. If you are using fresh beans, then blanch them for a bit longer, about 1 minute. The amount of water depends on the amount of beans you are cooking, the water should completely cover them.

Then put the beans in a colander to drain the excess moisture.

Peel a few cloves of garlic and cut them into thin slices.

Heat a pan with butter and fry the garlic for 1 minute. You can use a mixture of butter and sunflower oil.

Add the asparagus beans to the garlic and fry for another 1 minute.

Season with salt to taste and squeeze in the juice of half a lemon. If you are roasting a large amount of beans, add more juice; be guided by your taste. If desired, add fresh chili pepper slices or dried flakes.

Cooking is easy!
