What to say, what not to say ? We all have this question in mind . How to communicate with somebody so that he/she like you in every aspect of life whether you are in business, job or freindship. 

The ability to communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues, and staff is essential, no matter what industry you work in. Workers in the digital age must know how to effectively convey and receive messages in person as well as via phone, email, and social media.

There are several Principles you need to focus on while talking to someone. 

 

1. Becoming genuinly intersted in other people. 

The first and most important thing in communication is that " Are you interested in talking or not  ? "

If you are truly interested in something you love to do that work. So first look that what makes you interested you to talk to other people. Show genuine interest in them. 

 

2. Be a good Listener 

All the people in the world want to express themselves. It's human nature. Everybody want to talk about themselves and their interests. 

The most important thing in communication is to Listen to others. Don't force people to listen you. 

When you listen to them they will love to talk with you because you are giving respect to their thought and emotions. So listening is important. 

 

3. Criticism never change the person Appreciation does 

If you are criticizing someone it means you are disagree with the person's ideas and person itself. No one in the world wants to be criticize because it creats insecurity in other person and he or she become defensive while talking. 

Find some genuine things in other person so you can appreciate them which motivates them to talk with you. 

Appreciation push them towards you but it must be genuine. They will give you attention. If you are disagree with some points don't just say directly. Find ways how can you say this to them so that it will not hurt them.
